A BATHING APE® EU offers a 14-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain exclusive releases and hygiene-sensitive items may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original BAPE® packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier point; keep your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
